Our Story
Founded by Khanh Q. Lam and Trinity Hoang in 2015, CACHET Nail Boutique originated from Khanh’s vision of transforming a standard nail salon visit into an experience with friends and family within a luxurious space that entices social interactions and conversations. Khanh and Trinity shared a deep love for each other and a passion for entrepreneurship. Raised by immigrant parents who worked in the nail industry to support their family, the pair charted a new business venture for themselves in Charlotte—a city bursting with youthful energy.
CACHET Nail Boutique opened in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood with great success. With clients’ support and encouragement, the pair envisioned elevating the prestige of CACHET to unprecedented standards currently unavailable in Charlotte, blazing a trail in the industry to multiple locations.
In November 2019, CACHET Nail Boutique opened its flagship in beautiful Uptown Charlotte. CACHET Stonewall is a custom-designed space that features stunning floral arrangements, ambient lighting and chic decor. As the CACHET family expands, we strive to continuously improve and evolve to serve our clients and our community.

Our Commitment to our Guests
We are committed to utilizing state-of-the-art, hygienic technology and best practices to protect the health of our valued guests, our team members and our environment. At CACHET, we do not use the prebuilt standard whirlpool spa jet pedicure chairs found in most nail salons. Current evidence-based practices show that whirlpool spa jets are difficult to clean, leading to skin and hair particle build-ups, thus can act as a nidus for bacterial growth and potentials for infection to skin and nails. At CACHET, our custom-made furniture is built not only for comfort and style but also designed for the utmost cleanliness. Our individual anti-microbial pedicure bowls are jet-free, tailored to deliver the highest hygienic quality. We utilize new disposable nail filers and buffers to avoid cross-contamination. Our CACHET-CLEAN sterilization lab autoclaves and sterilizes all of our equipment to meet surgical grade standards.
